Kids have become the latest issue in the governor’s race.

Democratic Lt. Gov. Mark Taylor promised he’d restore state cuts to a healthcare program. It gives parents of kids with long-term conditions a chance to care for them at home, instead of institutionalizing them.

Taylor has blamed Gov. Sonny Perdue for the cuts, while Perdue charged Taylor has twisted the facts.
