I have heard that this has been practiced for thousands of years and this could be the first to go to trial.

LAWRENCEVILLE, Ga.—The trial of an Atlanta-area father accused of circumcising his 2-year-old daughter with scissors is focusing attention on an African practice experts say is becoming more common in the United States.
