Bobby Brown back in the news!

Monday 23 May 2005 @ 7:00 pm

All fingers point to the main guy when the entourage fucks up. P-Diddy already made a statement stating it had nothing to do with him..

“Mr. Combs wants the public to know that this incident was totally unrelated to Justin’s Restaurant or to Bad Boy Entertainment,” attorney Vincent Dimmock said. “The restaurant maintains the highest level of security. Our first priority is and always will be our customers.”

For what reason would Bobby hate on Puffy? Maybe because when he wasn’t included when New Edition signed with Bad Boy?

Two members of singer Bobby Brown’s entourage were taken to hospital and treated for knife wounds after a fight at a restaurant early today, police said.

Brown, who has a history of drug and alcohol arrests, was apparently not involved, authorities said.

He lives outside Atlanta with his wife, singer Whitney Houston.

Brown was with a group of people celebrating a relative’s birthday at Justin’s Restaurant and Bar when a fight broke out, and two members of Brown’s group were either cut or stabbed, police detective DL Dixon said.

“There was a lot of music and talking going on,” Dixon said. “It could have been something as simple as a bump, you know, somebody bumped into each other.”

Justin’s Restaurant and Bar is owned by rapper and producer Sean “P Diddy” Combs.

Authorities were looking for the suspects, who drove away after the fight. The cause of the altercation was not immediately known.

A 21-year-old man was taken to Piedmont Hospital and a 20-year-old man was taken to Atlanta Medical Centre. Both were in stable condition, Dixon said.

Mike Vick “I ain’t got no STD”

Thursday 12 May 2005 @ 12:01 am

Mike Vick

Well he finally responded to the allegation. His lawyer is trying to figure out how to make this girl a money hungary ho!

In response to a civil lawsuit, Michael Vick’s attorneys filed documents Friday denying the Falcons quarterback gave a woman a sexually transmitted disease.

Gwinnett County resident Sonya Elliott, 26, alleges Vick knowingly gave her genital herpes following an encounter in April 2003.

The complaint was filed March 14 in Gwinnett County State Court. Elliott seeks damages alleging Vick’s negligence, unwanted physical contact, pain, suffering and potential future medical complications, according to the suit.

In the nine-page response also filed in Gwinnett County, Vick acknowledges meeting Elliott at a nightclub.

Elliott’s attorney, Cale Conley of Atlanta, said in a prepared statement that he has received documents that show Vick and Elliott had socialized, talked on the phone and that Vick introduced Elliott to some friends and his mother.

“We plan to challenge with the court many of the items Mr. Vick claims to be confidential, however, and look forward to further facts coming to light as the discovery process moves forward,” the document said.

Vick and his attorneys had until May 6 to respond to the lawsuit. Vick’s attorneys — Taylor Daly of Atlanta and Lawrence Woodward and Lisa O’Donnell of Virginia Beach, Va., could not be reached for comment.

Student Suspended for Cellphone Call From Mom in Iraq

Saturday 7 May 2005 @ 6:53 am

So basically the High School student gets suspended for using a cellphone during lunch. The school’s policy is that you can’t use a cell phone during the school time

A high school junior in a central Georgia military town was suspended from school this week after refusing to end a long-distance cellphone call from his mother, an Army sergeant serving in Iraq.

Kevin Francois, a 17-year-old student at Spencer High School in Columbus, Ga., was in the school cafeteria Wednesday when his mother, Sgt. 1st Class Monique Bates, called to check in with him. When Francois went outside to get better reception, he was spotted by a teacher who — citing a district policy against cellphone use during school hours — told him to hang up.

Francois refused and was suspended for 10 days for disorderly conduct.

“I think I was right by not hanging up my phone,” Francois said in a phone interview Friday

They was both wrong! I’m pretty sure the student was very emotional when confronted by the teacher. If he would of gently explain to the teacher who he was talking too it could of ended right there. This is a minor incident and the school of should have been able to handle this much much better

Text of bride to be apology

Thursday 5 May 2005 @ 5:42 pm

Short and Sweet. Personally it is not good enough. I’m going into treatment? Is she admitting to be crazy.
John it might be best if you wait this one out

“At this time, I cannot explain fully what happened to me last week. I had a host of compelling issues which seemed out of control — issues for which I was unable to address or confine.

“Please, may I assure you that my running away had nothing to do with ‘cold feet,’ nor was it ever about leaving John. Those who know me, know how excited I’ve been, and how excited I was about the spectacular wedding we planned, and how I could not wait to be Mrs. John Mason.

“In my mind, it was never about the timing, however unfortunate. I was simply running from myself and from certain fears controlling my life.

“Each day I am understanding more about who I am and the issues that influenced me to respond inappropriately. Therefore, I have started professional treatment, voluntarily.

“I am truly sorry for the troubles I caused, and I offer my deep and sincere apology. I ask for John’s forgiveness and that of his family. I also ask for forgiveness of my family, our friends, our respective churches, our communities and any others I may have offended unintentionally.

“I am deeply grateful and appreciative to everyone who responded on my behalf. I thank you for every expression of support and effort. Your sacrifices of time and personal inconvenience touched me deeply, and I hope your spirit of care is not lessened.

“I understand that many people wanted to hear from me personally today, and I wanted to be there. However, I look forward to days ahead when I am strong enough to speak for myself.

“As John said on countless occasions recently, may we follow teaching of Scripture, in being kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving, just as God in Christ forgives us.

“Thank you.”

Finger Food in Custard

Tuesday 3 May 2005 @ 9:50 am

There is someone walking around missing two fingers now. Very much similar to the Wendy’s chili case, Now, a Wilmington, North Carolina man, Clarence Stowers has found a finger in his custard. Scroll down to the bottom of the link to see the video.

Here is a grainy picture from the video
Picture of the finger found in the custard

My question is, at what point did they stop the custard making machine to find the finger? Missing finger means there was blood. Which means there was blood in the ice cream. This is much more worse.
